With the hospitality sector now able to open its doors to customers again, we’re helping restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes open safely. Guest Register quickly asks your customers covid-19 screening questions, securely collects contact information and provides operators the opportunity to collect valuable opted in customer data. The guest information can be stored by and provided to the NHS test and trace service if the need arises.

How does it work?

  • The guest scans the QR code or click on the link

    We provide you with a unique link and a QR code. Share the link in your reservation email before a customer arrives and display the QR code at the entrance of your venue.

  • The guest answers all questions

    The guest instantly answers the questions asked automatically.

  • Clarity

    When all questions have been answered, a green image will appear that the guest can show to a member of your team to confirm they have completed the survey and are safe to enter. If the answer to one or more of the questions does not comply with the regulations, a red image will be displayed informing the guest they are unable to enter.

  • Communication

    Collect and store guest survey responses for 30 days and provide the option to opt in to receive marketing communications.

Frequently asked questions

  • What about multilingualism?

    The guest can choose their own language at the beginning of the check conversation. We offer a choice of 🇬🇧 English, 🇳🇱 Dutch, 🇩🇪 German and 🇫🇷 French.

  • How soon can you deliver this?

    Most of the sign-up process is automated. It will take you a maximum of 5 minutes to place your order and receive your account details. After we have your order and details, we will begin work on delivering your guest register as quickly as possible. We usually have our clients set up within a few hours and a maximum of 24 hours.

  • What happens after 6 months?

    After 6 months, we will stop access to the Chatbot. You will still have access to your data and back-office account to be able to download your opted in data. You are free to extend this for an additional 6 months if you wish. We'll inform you by email well in advance.

  • Can I skip the screening questions?

    Yes the chatbot is build in to 3 parts:

    • Screening questions (not obliged so able to be skipped)
    • Datacollection (Obliged so always mandatory)
    • Asking for marketing opt-in (not obliged so able to be skipped)
  • What about Privacy?

    We're pleased you asked! It means that you think about customer and user privacy just as seriously as we do. The platform is GDPR compliant and we require you to complete our data processing agreement. We do require a link to your privacy policy which should be displayed on your company website.
